5 Stars Takes years of grime away

It works but it is very labor intensive. You must let it sit a while, use 000 steel wool, keep wiping, reapply, etc. The product gives no detail as to prepare the surface for the next step of lemon oil or furniture wax and doesn't give a help phone number.
5 Stars Love Love it

I used this product to virtually take off years of soot from an old school house clock my Grandma gave my dad. Let it sit for awhile and the junk just wipes off! I finished it with a coat of gel varnish. My dad loved it!

My wife brought to our marriage a treadle sewing machine that has been largely relegated to a back room most of our 40 years, in want of "restoration" we never found time to do. Bought a can of this just for kicks, expecting minor improvement. Wrong! One application per instruction and the finish was shown to be in very good shape, water spots gone, color and grain brought back to life. With a second application, it was so much improved that the beautiful piece of furniture now sits in the front hall!! Amazing transformation!

I used this product to clean an old piano that my wife had purchased. It was covered in layers of furniture polish from the previous owner. Using the cleaner in conjunction with a non-abrasive woven nylon pad removed all of the old polish. Applied a few coats of Briwax and it looks like a new piece.
5 Stars Works really well!

I used this product on an antique buffet, and it was amazing how well it cleaned and polished! I followed the cleaning with Briwax, which seemed to be a great combination. I also added new VanDyke's pulls, and the buffet looks like a brand new piece of furniture! Great products, VanDyke's!
