The Kent Design #313C 3/4 Inch Round Intercrimp decorative wire grilles are a simple way to dress up many projects from kitchens to fine furniture. These versatile grilles are available in many designs and finishes. They are manufactured from various gauges of steel wires that are custom crimped and woven to create unique designs. With decorative wire grilles it is easy to add a unique and distinguishing look to cabinets, hutches, bookcases, armoires, wine racks, pantry doors, entertainment centers, and much more.
Decorative Wire Grilles can be cut using tin snips, wire cutters, 14 gauge hand shears, and any metal cutting blade, depending on the gauge of the wire. Each design varies with wire gauge and crimp style.
We recommend that you make a template of the exact size you will be cutting for your application with some heavy cardboard or plywood. For smaller mesh openings ( under ¾”), we suggest planning on ½” spacing between any pieces you may be cutting out of standard sheet sizes. For larger mesh openings (over ¾”), we suggest planning on 1” of space between each cut.
Decorative wire grilles and chicken wire can be cleaned easily with a non-ammonia based cleaner.

This material comes in a flat box and the edges are usually mangled. Do not plan on perfection or an exact 36x48. The wires are not welded but merely crimped over each other allowing for the piece to be expanded or contracted to increase or decrease the size as needed. I expanded the material to 55" by compressing along the short side and capturing it in a frame with a stop. The squares are no longer "Squares" but still give the same look. Cutting is easy with a grinder cut-off wheel and a straight edge or wire cutters. Caution sharp edges.
