This Craftsman styling was popular in the 1920's and 1930's and was often one of the hardware choices in Sear's Craftsman Kit homes. The Fifth Avenue collection from Grandeur is characterised by its simple and straight yet elegant lines, and works well across several transitional styles. The style has been modified slightly to fit on modern pre-drilled doors. Double dummy door sets include non-active trim with no latch. This set is for use on both sides of the door, and would typically be used in conjunction with a roller catch, flush bolt or surface bolt. This set includes two backplates or rosettes, two knobs or levers, two dummy surface mount spindles and one regular length full spindle.
