This Craftsman styling was popular in the 1920's and 1930's and was often one of the hardware choices in Sear's Craftsman Kit homes. The Fifth Avenue collection from Grandeur is characterised by its simple and straight yet elegant lines, and works well across several transitional styles. The style has been modified slightly to fit on modern pre-drilled doors. This single dummy door set features non-active trim only with no latch. These are for use on only one side of a door, and are typically used in conjunction with a roller catch, flush bolt or surface bolt. This set includes one backplate or rosette, one knob or lever and one surface mount dummy spindle.
