Traditionally styled padlocks provide the finishing touch on primitive chests and trunks. Handcrafted from raw iron, their well-aged appearance makes them ideally suited for replacement on antique originals or authentic re-creations! Padlock is provided with 2 iron keys. Oil Blackened is raw iron coated with oil. The oil will wear and expose the iron beneath, which will rust. Left as is, this finish will erode, or rub off. This can be prevented by sealing with furniture wax or a clear coat sealant.
