Our professional wood craftsman are constantly looking for new ideas for wood furniture kits to add to our ever growing selections and have come up with this new Mission style game table! Perfectly designed for checkers or chess, we've also included a drawer and lower shelf for storage of game pieces and accessories. This easily assembled table kit is solid unfinished oak and includes all hardware and instructions. The walnut and maple gameboard is pre-assembled and ready to be inset. This is truly a beautiful piece, one that you will be proud to build and enjoy for generations! Assembly rating #1: A minimal amount of trimming, mounting hardware where required is needed. Suggested tools needed are: clamps, drill and appropiate bits, #R1 or R2 square recessed tip drivers, hammer and a nail set where needed. Glue, various grits of sandpaper, finish nails (used in some of our kits), stain and final finish. Final sanding and finishing is left to customer discretion.
