Create the ultimate edge on chisels, gouges and knives with this long lasting tool strop. Each high quality strop is crafted using a dense rubber-like material that eliminates the inconsistencies of leather strops and cleans quickly with soap and water. The strop is permanently bonded to a sturdy wooden handle and has both a rounded edge for honing the inside of gouges and a 45 degree edge for the inside of "V" tools. Use aluminum oxide powder on the strop for normal sharpening or a wax-based aluminum oxide bar for more rapid sparpening action. Please Note: chisel and powder are not included.
