Por-A-Kast is a two-component system that is mixed at a one-to-one ratio by volume. Filler may be added, but it is sold separately. It sets in 10 minutes, is usable in one hour, and cures in 36 hours. Then it is ready to sand, cut, drill, bond, or machine. It then can be stained, painted, or varnished. Full directions are included. The Por-A-Kast, along with the Silputty, can reproduce difficult-to-obtain or one-of-a-kind objects, such as, carvings, handles, etc. |
