Our new dutch oven features thick nickel plating over cast iron-it's memory free for pure flavor with every use. Pot is 4 inches deep, 12" wide and has handle with an assist on opposing side. Comes with handle mitt. Makes a great fryer! The dutch overn weighs 16 pounds, width 12", length with handle 17 5/8", 4" deep and height is 6" with lid.
