Ordered this door knob set for a new door we ordered. The original shipment was a damaged product. Returned the product and was advised that the replacement was going to be delayed. The schedule was going to be tight with the installation of our new door with the new expected shipping date. I was told that it was by the accounting department. I pulled out my credit card statmeent, that I had received two days prior and told them that the charge for Van Dykes was clearly on my statement. The associate took my information put me on hold for a few moments. When she returned, she said that the order was back in but would not go out to the following day. She upgraded my shipping from ground to 2 Day, which got the doorknob set delivered just in time for the installation of our new door. The product is beautiful and very solidly built!
