We collect antiques and tried to find original coasdters but were always either chipped or an odd set. These new ones are perfect and look beautiful with our old iron beds on carpet. I phoned VanDyke to get the inside measurement. Their products are high quality and customer service has always been helpful and courteous to me.
I am aiming for a 1910 look for my house these are perfect. Not only that, they are great for me to move my heavy furniture without damaging my new carpet. I would like to see a 4" size for some of the larger claw feet furniture.
I needed some furniture coasters that would protect my furniture and carpet in a damp basement family room. I put them under my couch, antique bureau, and side table. These coasters are strong and durable, will glide on the carpet if I need to move the furniture, are classy looking and almost invisible. My mother had a few sets and I like their timeless beauty. Nothing compares.
I wish there was a measurement for the inside of the glass as well as the outside. It was hard to tell from the picture how big the space was, and now I have to return the smaller ones, for the larger.
These work great on laminate and hardwood floors and carpet. You think the plastic ones are great until you try these. I swear they are from the same mold as the ones I remember.
