"Excellent the fact remains that water pressure is ensured by the high tank instead of other means that could prevent proper flushing .Thus saving the manual labor of filling buckets of water and dumping them into the bowl to ensure flushing when problems arise anywhere such as plugging and low water pressure . This is the way toilets always should have stayed made for these would be the greenest of toilets due to the low water usage portioned by the tank and no dependence on self bucket feeding. The toilet whether low pressure due to external water emergencies and or plugs these old standards are worth their money for the conservationist ,green leagues, and survivalists who could opt for the portables after these but who needs them unless you are unlike most and do not wish to partake in your own removals and handling of which i say NO thanks. So 5 stars for Van Dykes. I cannot understand why everybody does not have at least one of these bowls in the home despite price. In time and emergence they will pay
