Steel bed spring supports are used to support box spring and mattresses on antique beds with wooden side rails. The height of antique beds can be adjusted by placing the bed spring supports at the desired height on the inside of wooden bed rails. Recommended 8 total bed spring supports for each wooden antique bed: 3 for each side rail, 1 for foot board and 1 for the head board.

These supports are the exact items we needed to add to an antique bed that needed a center support bracket for the head and the foot rails. Don't forget to order screws however!!!!
