Perfect for that primitive "well-aged" style.

  • Rust- Raw iron that has been oxidized. This finish will continue to rust over time and will rub off. This finish can be preserved by sealing with furniture wax or a clear coat sealant.
  • Oil Blackened- Raw iron coated with oil. The oil will wear and expose the iron beneath which will rust. Left as is, this finish will erode, or rub off. This can be prevented by sealing with furniture wax or a clear coat sealant.
  • Weathered Bronze- This is a living finish which will change over time, and variations should be expected.
  • This item is handmade. As a result some variations in the size, boring, and shape should be expected. However, all efforts are made by the craftsman to keep the pieces as consistent as possible.

    I love this pull. Has great projection form cabinet and the rosette stands out from the background. Is very eye catching. Okay the oil blackened finish arrives still needing to be rubbed off individually and that takes a few minutes per knob. The screw size is wrong for any normal sized 3/4 inch cabinet door and must also be replaced. That said I highly recommend this design!

    This is an outstanding pull for the kitchen. The weathered bronze color goes with other metal objects in the room. The unusual thing here is the larger projection so you really see these pulls upon entering a room Very pleased with this item and so will you!

    This is a uniquely beautiful knob that gains even more from repetition in the kitchen or bath. The projection is largely responsible for the super look that could truly go with contemporary, traditional or colonial designs. That said the screws are the wrong length for any cabinet door--too long and the blackened surface must be cleaned carefully before use to remove as much black as is loose. So be prepared for those two things to do on your own or look at the weathered bronze finish that is also beautiful without the black problem but also with the wrong length screws. HIGHLY recommend this knob.

    See my reviews for two other finishes of this knob! Rust is a very particular surface and for kitchen bath use could be seled with one of the very thin wax products like flitz faucet wax. This is an exceptional looking knob because of the projection from the wall as well as the overall design! Really top design here!
