Shipping & Delivery

Standard in-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after order is processed. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and international allow more shipping time.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• 2nd Day and Next Day air orders placed after 11:30 am Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week.

• Drop-shipped items are shipped directly from our vendors. Allow 3- 6 weeks for delivery for most items. We do not offer air shipments for drop shipped items. (Damages on drop-shipped items need to be reported to vendor. For replacements call 1-800-787-3355.)

• Truck shipments: all freight claims are to be paid at customer location. Call your local freight office for cost. Any item stating pre-paid delivery is for the Continental U.S. only. International orders are subject to shipping and other fees.

• Oversized items: Packages measuring over 84" in length and girth combined, but less than 108" & weighing less than 30 lbs, will be charged the rate equal to 30 lbs.

• Packages measuring between 108" and 130" in length and girth combined,weighing less than 70 lbs., will be charged the rate equal to 70 lbs.

• Hazardous items - additional 20.00 charge - UPS only - no international. (Hazardous charges may change without notice)

• UPS 2nd Day, Next Day air packages over 1 cubic foot will ship dimensional weight at a greater cost. Refer to your local UPS office.

• As in all shipments whether UPS or Post Office, always have a deliverable address. By having a correct shipping address, delivery will be easier and more expedient.

Exempt Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, PR, VI and International Orders—orders shipped outside the continental USA will be charged according to weight, zone and size of the package.

Broker fees and international duties are customers responsibility and are separate from Van Dyke's Restorers orders or quotes.
