The knobs are very good, well finished, professional quality. Now, about the service: When I ordered back in February, they were back ordered to Mar 8. When I checked back on Mar 5, they were b/o to Mar 31, but were on sale. I received them earlier, on Mar 21, which was nice, but at full price, which I found puzzling, but I did order them at full price, and the amount wasn't worth quibbling over. I'd buy from Van Dyke again, but if the price came down before shipping, I'd cancel the original order and reorder. I'd guess this is more work for you, but maybe not more than seeing to it I got the price break. Thanks.
