Official Contest Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Contest is only open to legal residents of the Continental United States age eighteen (18) and over at the time of entry. Void in FL, NY, PR and RI and where prohibited by law. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. Limit one entry per person. All employees of Van Dyke’s Restorers and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliate companies, agents and advisors, and any other person living in the household of such an employee is not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes.
2. This sweepstakes will begin on April 13, 2009 and end on July 15, 2009. To enter the sweepstakes, complete the official entry form available on www.vandykes.com. Entry forms may also be submitted by sending a written request to Van Dyke’s Restorers, Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 278, Woonsocket, SD 57385. All entry forms must be filled out completely and legibly and provide the name, address and daytime telephone number of the registrant. All entries must be received no later than July 10, 2009.
3. Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded a $10,000 gift certificate to Van Dyke Restorers. Second winner will be awarded $500 gift certificate to Van Dyke’s Restorers. The third prize winner will be awarded a $100 gift certificate to Van Dyke’s Restorers. No substitute. thIS PRIZE WILL BE the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.Contest Winner must be 18 years of age. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, as well as any fees and expenses, incurred in claiming and using the prize. Any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No replacement prize will be offered. THE prize is non-transferable AND NON-assignable. No cash alternative or substitute to Grand Prize will be offered. PRIZE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE IDENTIFIED WINNER.
Retail value of the gift certificates is 1st Prize $10,000, 2nd Prize $500 and 3rd Prize $100.
4. The Prize will be awarded by random drawing to be held at 39771 SD Hwy 34, Woonsocket, SD 57385 on July 16, 2009. Winner does not need to be present to win. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries. The winner will be notified by telephone, at the number provided on the entry form. To claim the prize the winner should follow the directions provided by the notice. As a condition of being awarded a prize, except where prohibited by law, the winner will be required to execute and deliver: (1) a signed affidavit verifying eligibility and acceptance of these rules, (2) a liability and publicity release, and (3) a completed W-9 tax form.
5. Any prize unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the date of notice will not be awarded. All prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-endorsable, however Van Dyke’s Restorers reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners assume responsibility on all applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
6. Except where prohibited by law, the winner by acceptance of the prize agrees that Van Dyke’s or those acting under its authority may use the winner’s name, picture/portrait, likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without consideration or further permission.

8. Van Dyke’s Restorers, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for distorted, incomplete, illegible, undelivered, damaged, or lost entries; and/or any contest disruptions beyond its control.
9. Entrants and winners are solely responsible for their own actions relating to this Sweepstakes, and the acceptance and/or use of a prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, and/or by acceptance or use of the prize, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Van Dyke’s Restorers and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, Sweepstake sponsors and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any liability arising in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prize.
10. Any entry submitted by you will become the property of Van Dyke’s Restorers upon submission and will not be returned to you. By submitting your entry you acknowledge that the Van Dyke’s Restorers will own all rights to use of the entry form without further notice or any compensation to you. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to be added to Van Dyke’s direct mail and Internet Marketing databases. Van Dyke’s use of your information will be subject to its Privacy Policy. 11. The name of the Winner(s) of this Sweepstakes will be made available upon written request by mailing a self-addressed and stamped request to Van Dyke’s, Attn: Marketing Department, PO Box 278, Woonsocket, SD 57385, to be received no later than July 31, 2009.
