Brass Accents Classic Register Vent

Bought several of these to take the place of the visible ugly brown ones in my home. They're absolutely beautiful with excellent construction and fit right in where the old ones came out. Really my only concern with these was that the openings in them were bigger than my previous vents which made me a little paranoid that i might see a tiny nose pop up out of one of them at some point (I had a baby possum manage to find its way under my A/C unit a couple of years ago, and it crawled up through the vents until it reached the one under the bench seat at my kitchen table, where it proceeded to give up and die. NOT pleasant). To solve this, I just put some heavy duty screen material (hardware cloth?? Not sure what it's called) down first before putting the vents in. Hopefully that will work. Overall, these are just as described and well worth what they cost.

We replaced all the registers in the front of our house with these and what a difference they made. It’s amazing how something so small can make the room feel so much nicer. Love these registers!
