The product itself is rated a 5, I brought it down to a 4 due to the fact it took 2 weeks for me to get them. I buy a lot of stuff online and an pretty used to my order shipping same day or next day. Being a small business, there are times when I'm dead in the water while waiting on an order. It did get here and the screws were perfect.
