The patented Acme, Lull and Porter hinge is used in applications when enough wood trim is exposed within the window opening to mount shutters. One side of the hinge is mortised into the edge of the shutter and the other into the window casement

Choose a size that gives you the best clearance from the window casement. Proper clearance from the surface of the housing is important for ventilating purposes.

  • These hinges are raw cast iron and should be sealed or painted to keep them from rusting!
  • Designed so they cannot be lifted off by the wind
  • Set includes hardware for one window-2 left-handed hinges, 2 right-handed hinges, and 2 sets of latches (mounting screws not included)
