Purpose of Processing Performing services, including maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing advertising or marketing services, providing analytics services, or providing similar services.

Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and prosecuting those responsible for that activity.

If Automated Processing is Used, Methods and Logic Software helps with payroll processing, calculating taxes, paycheck administration, and filing records to various government agencies as required by the Department of Labor.

Categories of Recipients who Receive this Personal Data This information may be provided to entities within the JPPA family of companies, payroll processors/administrators, cloud infrastructure, and customer relationship management tools.

Retention Period JPPA retains this information as required by law which usually means through term of employment or the term of employment plus 7 years.

Your rights with regard to the data we collect:

Subject to appropriate legal restrictions and applicability, you may ask JPPA to request, access, rectify, erase, and restrict how we process your Personal Data. These rights include the ability to review the Personal Data we have in our Information and Communications systems concerning you, the ability to correct that Personal Data, the ability to be informed about categories of third parties to whom that data may have been shared, the ability to request that we erase all of our Personal Data about you, and the ability to restrict how we Process your Personal Data.

We will endeavor to respond to your requests within 30 days. Should we be unable to comply within 30 days, we will contact you and let you know of any delay.
