    I've been looking for a reason to buy these hooks for an while now and finally had a reason to make a coat rack. The hooks are heavy in your hand and the hook themselves look great. The base of the , where you screw them down, showed some slight variation in shape consistency, but that is probably a result of them being "hand crafted." The mounting holes were not evenly placed, so take extra care when laying them out, mark the holes and them mark each hook and its location so you can put them back in the same place. Once they are mounted, you can't see these imperfections and I still love the hooks.

    These hooks are as shown and are very stout. I used different screws as I wanted phillips head and wanted to go deeper into the wood. I bought 30 of these and love them in my mud room!
