Well made and as advertised. I bought it for use on a custom interior door (3/4 inch t&g). Understand the latch is designed for a screen door, so there it little clearance between the door know and the door jam. I had to notch out my 3/4 inch door stop (trim) to make it work. Had I used 1/4 to 3/8 door stop it would not have been an issue. The latch functions well and is pretty easy to install.
