Heat-embossed appliques are made of multi-layered, high-quality pressed woods. These beautifully intricate 20 3/8 Inch Embossed Appliques are produced using the same molds and techniques as appliques a century ago. They are created using high heat and extreme pressure which may cause some recessed areas to stain darker than the rest of the applique.

I ordered these for my kitchen as accents for wood work. I have not completed my remodel, but do believe they will be beautiful once installed.

Great detail, easy to use

Bought four to apply on sides of small French "gaming" table I was building for theatre. Pkg. arrived on time, applique was as described, did requires some dremel work to clean up edges and smooth away rough corners. One was a little warped but flexible enough to apply with small brad until glue dried. Looked really good when done.
