I ordered these dogs in mid July 2025. Waited 2 weeks for an email from VD that they were shipped. Never received anything. Called customer service in early August and was told they were not expecting to receive them until January 2026. Cancelled order. Poor communication on VDs part. Not sure I will shop with them again.

Easy to install

My husband and I installed 4 sets of hinged shutters in a day along with these shutter dogs. Easy to use. Some of the holes were drilled too far away, but when I called, Van Dykes sent out new without a question.
