Excellent piece of hardware

Very well made and will probably last longer than the original hardware did. My only issue with this is the lockset that sits inside the door has a raised area around the key hole and the knob hole. Most old mortise locks are flush in these areas so I did have to widen the mortise in the door where these areas slid in, to get it to fit. If these areas where flush with the surface of the casing on this lockset, I would have been able to just drop it right in.
