Marella Classic Drawer Pull

Unfortunately, I ordered 24 of these and ended up paying a $75 restocking fee because they weren’t what I thought I was buying. The photos make them look like cup/bin pulls when viewed straight-on (as if you’re standing in front of the cabinet). In reality, the main product image is shot from above. When installed, you access the pull from the top, sliding your fingers in from above and gripping it with your thumb and fingers, more like a tab pull. (In the photo, the screw holes are at the bottom.) So, the photo view is taken as if you are sitting on top of your counter or cabinet looking down. This makes no sense. Giving four stars because the quality is excellent and, if a tab pull is what you want, this is great. But the product page needs clearer, more descriptive photos and/or an explanation of how the pull is meant to be grabbed. Because of the misleading photography and the restocking fee, I won’t take the risk of ordering from this company again. Most I've ever paid for nothing.

The material and weight are lovely. Came quickly and packaged well. Could not be happier!
