    Van Dyke Doesn't Stock Item

    It took roughly four months to get this item, despite the website's claim it is "available," and ships "within 7 to 10 days." Repeated calls and emails gave no information an expected delivery date. Finally, after three months, they escalated the matter to someone who admitted their Indian manufacturer had not made the part yet, and they didn't know when it might. The product itself is good, and as advertised. But, Van Dyke's misrepresentation of availability and poor customer service apparently legendary. I wish I'd seen the online reviews before ordering.
