Restorers Hoosier Flour Bin Sifter
Original Hoosier cabinets housed a number of kitchen appliance to make food preparation easier. Restorers Hoosier Flour Bin Sifter Bowl comes complete with a sieve, crank mechanism with wooden knob, and a single (male) knuckle for attachment to the flour bin. Top of the bowl is 5 5/8 inch diameter and the overall height of the bowl is 3 1/2-in. Bottom diameter of the bowl is 2 1/2-in. and projects down 1/2-in. A cap is included for the bottom of the sifter to prevent excess flour from sifting out. Comes with 2 brackets.
