Check the thickness of your existing hinges
This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars

I was going to use it to replace two National hinges. The dimenions and hole placement looked good. However, I assume due to the thinner material, about 60% of the thickness of the National hinges, the geometry is different, and the door would not close using the existing holes. To make them work would have required new screw holes and patching of the doors and mountings. Too bad, otherwise the hinges looked good.
