Rattan chair cane

Cane was good quality cane. Unfortunately, no edge binder cane was included. Description of product should have stated that no binder included. I would have return the product, however an additional $7.99 returns shipping convienience fee would be charged making the total shipping cost $17 for less than a pound of product.
