    Expensive mistake - doesn't work

    I pondered this purchase for a while, then went ahead and ordered in June. It was sooooo pretty and came in matte black, so why not splurge a little? Well, my delayed reno is finally complete, and I am so sad to find that my pricey soap dispenser doesn't work. It LOOKS great, but the pump component isn't functional. It takes in soap, but nothing ever comes out. It's a small thing, but so frustrating.
