This 14-Inch Cathedral Top Urethane Decorative Gable vent is not only stylish but will provide attic ventilation for our home. Gable vents help release stagnant air from warm attics and help optimize temperature control. Gable vents are particularly useful during the summer months when hot air rises and is trapped in the attic, where it can transfer itself down through the ceiling and back into the level below. Our Gable Vent is installed on the exterior wall where the two planes of a sloping roof join. A screen can be put over the inside. This allows air to circulate while keeping insects out. The durable urethane gable vent resists rot and weather and is available in several sizes. Primed white color.
