Restorers Architectural 18-Inch Vertical Rectangular Urethane Functional Gable Vent helps remove hot stagnant air from your attic. Hot air gets trapped in the attic and can transfer itself down through the ceiling and back into the house. Gable vents are installed on the exterior wall where the two planes of a sloping roof join forming a triangle. This rectangular vent is fitted with functional louvers that help direct the air out of the attic. You can also add a mesh screen behind the vent allowing air to circulate while keeping insects out. Made of durable polyurethane and primed white.
