Very well made. The design is simple and elegant at the same time. Only needed the bolt portion and not the receiver for my stair gate design where the slide enters the top of gate itself to keep it closed. The mounting screws definitely need pilot holes carefully sized before use. The heads twist off easily in hard wood otherwise. Going to buy another one for the same custom build at my sons house.
