    Screws perfectly matched patina on my 1911 cabinet hinges. Extra points for customer service as I made a mistake with my online order, needed to add a second of the item and they promptly and without question combined the shipping after the fact and provided me a refund. Always nice when customer service anticipates needs and gets it right.

    The product itself is rated a 5, I brought it down to a 4 due to the fact it took 2 weeks for me to get them. I buy a lot of stuff online and an pretty used to my order shipping same day or next day. Being a small business, there are times when I'm dead in the water while waiting on an order. It did get here and the screws were perfect.
