Support your chair back with the Morris Chair Rod from Restorers. The rod is made of brass plated steel with a solid brass ball. Great for Morris chair restoration

This was a perfect replacement for a Morris chair restoration. I did have to drill the chair holes to fit but did not have to cut down the rod. Oaklandfinishing.com

Unable to Use

Because I was unable to use the bracket hardware I also purchased which was suppose to fit a Morris Chair and they didn't fit three different chairs, I was not able to experience this item.

Morris chair Rod

I have had this old Morris chair since 1973. I have always used a a wood dowl for the back support. But now that the Van Dyke's quality rod has been delivered, this chair now receives the reverence it deserves. Quality crafmanship.
