Good Price, Very Nice Looking

These definitely exceeded my expectations and gave the perfect look to my gate. One hinge did however break after being on the gate for several weeks. We made sure it was able to hold the stated weight, so not sure what happened.

Hinges normally supplied by fencing contractor was rather plain. I supplied the 18" hinges, and made a very attractive appearance to the finished gates. Contractor even agreed that the hinges made all the difference. I have always been pleased with all the products that I have purchased from Van Dykes in the past.

great except for the fasteners

They are a great look!, hard to find a latch that matches. My carpenter hated the fasteners, cheap and easy to strip out. He wasn't too excited about being covered in rust either. I like the way they came out, but I didn't do the install.
