Turned Wood 4 Inch Bun Foot

I’m reupholstering a very large sofa and removing the dated skirt and needed 8, yes 8 bun feet . A 30 yard sofa if that tells you anything. There aren’t a lot of companies left that offer turned legs . I’ve used Vandykes before and found these on line . I haven’t put a finish in them yet but I believe they will finish great . I’m using a 3/8 threaded hanger bolt into a tee nut I’m fixing into the corner blocks . Overall a good product but a bit pricey or maybe I’ve been doing this too long and remember the old days when these would have been half the price .

I recovered my old sofa and loveseat because I couldn't find a low backed set that had soft rolled arms. But, they still looked old with the old feet. These new feet make them look fresh and modern. They are good quality wood, very well made. I had a friend, who has a drill press, drill holes for the bolts that had to be mounted into them so they would be perfectly straight. I also found some nail on glides that were only about 1/8" thick to put onto the bottom. They are just perfect.
