Wrong dimensions

The catch plate is not 1" wide it's more like 1.25" wide. Depending on your upper sash width, the lower sash may not clear the lip on the catch plate.

After we had the rooms painted, the old hardware didn't have the little bit of zing we wanted. These did the trick! We bought a dozen of them and the best part was - the holes all lined up! NO extra drilling!!
