Finely crafted in iron like the originals, this handsome carpenter's rim lock set is available in left and right handing.

Set includes a pair of brass knobs with spindle, matching rosette, two keys, catchplate and escutcheon.
Lock Body: 7 1/8" x 5" x 1 1/8" thick.
Catch Plate: 1 1/2' x 5" x 1 1/8" thick.

Excellent Quality at a price that cannot be beat

These locks are very well made. I purchased 4 of these for my restoration project and have had them in service for 4 years now with no issues. I did replace the door knobs & escutcheons with suitable antique knobs, etc. I plan to purchase more for an upcoming restoration project.

Carpenter Rim lock

The rim lock is heavy duty and looks great. For early restoration projects it is an accurate reproduction minus the brass knobs. The only negative is, the knobs are not solid brass. The price is great for this rimlock regardless. It would be worth paying extra for this piece if the knobs were solid brass.
